Japango Roll

{ One of my favourite rolls in the GTA is Japango's signature roll, the self-named Japango Roll. However, Japango's menu does not describe the roll but it consists of a traditional California roll topped with Salmon and torch seared scallops dusted with roe. The dish is then drizzled with eel sauce and spicy mayo. }
