Honey Mustard Almond Salmon & Greek-Inspired Vegetable Salad

The Honey Mustard Almond Salmon was an adaptation of this recipe, but removed the parsley, used olive oil instead of butter, and almonds instead of walnuts.

The Greek-Inspired Vegetable Salad was simple and consisted of chopped green bell peppers, cut cherry tomatoes, and Canadian feta cheese.
