Chef's Plate :: Pistachio Crusted Steak

 Recipe Card and Ingredients

 Ingredients

 Dino Kale



 Chopping the Pistachios


 Freshly Washed Fingerling Potatoes

 Chopping the Kale


 Boiling the Potatoes

Making the Steak Crust


 Searing one side first

 Other Side

 Allowing to Rest

Applied Crust and Baked in Oven for 10 Minutes - Resting Again

 First side of smashed fingerling potatoes


 Seasoning for Potatoes



 Add the Kale

 Done!
